June 3 – begin BCPs

June 17 –

• Lupron 10 units
• Start daily Dexamethasone
• doxycycline for 10 days

June 21 – last BCP

June 29

• Decrease Lupron to 5 units
• Start stim meds: Follistim 150 Units, Menopur 150 Units

July 2

• Estrogen 373
• 21 Follicles
• Decrease Follistim to 100 units
• Continue Lupron, Menopur

July 4

• Estrogen 1101
• 19 Follicles
• Decrease Follistim to 75 units
• Continue Lupron, Menopur

July 6

• Estrogen 2345
• 24 Follicles
• Decrease Follistim to 50 units
• Continue Lupron, Menopur
• MD worried I am risk for OHSS, start OHSS diet

July 8

• Estrogen 3967
• 22 Follicles
• Decrease Menopur to 75 units for last dose
• Discontinue Follistim
• 1 more dose of Lupron
• HCG trigger shot

July 10 – EGG RETRIEVAL!!!!!!!!!

Other meds I am on to help with IVF cycle:

(Endo and the immune system do not have the best relationship so I am on quite a few meds to hopefully suppress the harmful components of my immune system).

• Dexamethasone – immune system, implantation
• Aspirin – uterine blood flow, decrease risk of clotting
• Melatonin – egg quality
• DHEA – egg quality, immune system
• Omega 3 FA with HIGH content DHA – egg quality, immune system
• Vitamin D – egg quality, immune system
• Prenatals, Calcium, B complex, Docusate
